This cute-looking “rubber duck” is actually a special Easter dessert on the menu at 24-hour London restaurant Duck & Waffle.
To be served only on Easter Sunday, it is made of a white chocolate shell, filled with mint chocolate foam, chocolate mousse and brownie pieces. Diners can pour a hot salted caramel sauce over it to complete the decadent dessert.
At £16 for two to share, it was created by executive chef Tom Cenci, who said: “We wanted to celebrate Easter with the ultimate treat, and there was no way better to play up the Duck & Waffle name than with a chocolate rubber duck.
“It looks great ... and tastes even better.”
